
About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get the most value from StackCX. You’ll support users with queries, troubleshoot issues, and help drive adoption through clear guidance and proactive engagement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and being part of a fast-moving tech business.
Key responsibilities
Provide first-line support to customers via email, chat, and calls
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently and professionally
Support onboarding of new customers, helping them get up and running
Guide users on best practices to maximise value from StackCX
Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to escalate and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving processes and documentation
Assist in creating help guides, FAQs, and training materials
What we’re looking for
Experience in a customer support, service, or helpdesk role
Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and professional
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working with software platforms and learning new tools quickly
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in the automotive industry (dealerships, aftersales, contact centres)
Experience supporting SaaS or tech products
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service platforms
